2.    Through partnering with the RIGHT people, not only do I get to capitalize on my strengths, I also get to mitigate my weaknesses.

Not many people know this, but by nature I’m very introverted. It’s not my natural personality to be up presenting to groups of people. I’d be much happier doing all the ‘behind the scenes’ stuff, marketing, etc and letting someone else enjoy the limelight! By having others run these groups I will achieve that and the person running the group gets to do what they love to do as well!

3.    Ultimately I sincerely believe if there were more coaches, trainers, speakers, etc out there actually helping people, the world would be a much better, happier and more loving place.

I’m not the next Tony Robbins, nor do I aspire to be. But there are lots of people that do want to make a difference in the world that just need a kick start, a foundation on which to build. So by doing this, its my way of helping turn my lifelong dream and making it a reality.
